Founded in 2018 by Sara and Doug Taylor as a fun date night activity. What began as an attempt to craft the perfect cookie recipe accidentally became a business venture, uniting Sara and Doug beyond their marriage in 2017. Based in Lancaster, PA, Taylor Chip now offers cookies in multiple Pennsylvania locations, with nationwide shipping.
With a commitment to "Ingredients You Can Trust", Taylor Chip uses pure, locally sourced ingredients, making everything in-house—from strawberry filling to caramel—in their Intercourse, PA facility. Each cookie is handcrafted daily, generously sized, and baked to perfection, delivering a delicious indulgence you can truly feel good about.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. Once your payment is complete, we are unable to offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your shipment upon arrival, please take photos immediately and contact us at Joyful@taylorchip.com with your Tracking and Order Number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, provide a full refund. Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping cost.

Alternatively, we can reimburse you for any damaged products after you provide photo evidence of the box and damaged items. Please allow up to 30 days for resolution.
