Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. Once your payment is complete, we are unable to offer refunds.
If there is an issue with your shipment upon arrival, please take photos immediately and contact us at Joyful@taylorchip.com with your Tracking and Order Number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, provide a full refund. Please note that refunds do not include the original shipping cost.
Alternatively, we can reimburse you for any damaged products after you provide photo evidence of the box and damaged items. Please allow up to 30 days for resolution.
